Delivery Details New Zealand
We will try our best to have your parcel to you within 7 working days from receipt of payment, unless you are advised otherwise due to delays. Orders payed by cheque will be posted after payment has cleared.

Mail Order Please Choose From The Following Options
$4.75 Standard Post Any where in New Zealand (if your parcel exceeds the size and weight that qualifies for the $4.75 you will be contacted by customer service) with a new shipping rate $12.20 Next Day Courier North Island (Please note next day delivery is dependent on what time of the day your order is received and Friday orders will not be delivered until Tuesday)  $20.00 Next Day Courier South Island

Combining Postage for smaller items
We can combine and post most small to medium orders for $4.75. Please note that we will email you the correct shipping amounts if you are not charged them at the time of checkout.

Your Privacy
We never give out our customer details and any information received by us is kept private.

Back Orders
As we sometimes carry limited quantities of stock. If we have run out of a product at the time of ordering we will back order and advise of approximate delivery time. This will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as it becomes available.

Returns, Guarantees, Refunds, Exchanges
Must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt or purchase. If an item is faulty please return to us with your receipt and an exchange or a full refund including postage will be given. To return or exchange an item it must be in unused and unwashed condition, and still in original sealed packaging. Returns and exchanges are paid less courier and packaging. If you request an exchange courier and packaging will be charged at the rates stated on our checkout page.
